Create a job for an unknown Customer, ensuring the customer details are recorded in the system for future use.


Here are the steps to create a Job for a new customer:

1. Click on Jobs
2. Click on Create job
3. Click on 'Customer' input...
4. Click on Add customer
5. Enter the Customer details
6. Click on Save
7. Confirm the Address
8. Enter job details
9. Allocate a schedule...
10. Assign field worker(s)…
11. Specify Invoice period
12. Specify when invoices are to be generated
13. Add any materials...
14. Add any job notes for the workers
15. Click on Save job
