Set up your billable items

Billable items are the goods and services you provide to a customer. They can be added to a quote, a job and an invoice, and are aligned with your accounting system.

1. Click on Data

4. Enter a descriptive name for the item

Item codes should match those in your accounting system

10. Select a tax code

11. Select an account

This determines where the costs are applied in your financial system

12. Click on Save
