Connect your QuickBooks account to Servis and easily sync across your QuickBooks customers, products and services, accounts and tax codes.
- Go to Integrations (in settings) and then click Connect next to QuickBooks.
- Click Connect to QuickBooks to open the QuickBooks login page.
- A user with access to the QuickBooks account must log in. We recommend an admin-level user to avoid any permission issues. After logging in, select the company you want to connect and click Next.
- QuickBooks will ask if you want to share your data with Servis. Click Connect to authorise the connection.
- Afterwards, if your connection is successful, you will be redirected to the QuickBooks configuration page, this process is relatively quick but might take a few moments to sync across your data, if your history page is empty, refresh the page.
Your QuickBooks integration is now connected!
Disconnecting QuickBooks from Servis
The connection status is visible in the top-left corner of the QuickBooks Integration screen. To disconnect, toggle the Status switch and confirm disconnection when prompted.
Note: Disconnecting will delete your authentication information in Servis, but any data already synced (customers, products, accounts, tax codes) will remain in your system.
You can reconnect later at any time, but you will need to re-authorise the connection through QuickBooks.
