This article will help you integrate your Stripe account to Servis so you can start accepting payments from your customers.
Servis allows you to accept invoice payments by integrating with Stripe. Connecting your Stripe account is simple, and if you don’t have a Stripe account yet, you’ll be able to create one during the setup process.
Connecting Servis with Stripe
- Go to the Integrations in Settings in Servis.
- Under Payment Processing, click 'Connect' next to Stripe.
- This will take you to a Servis page that tells you more about the connection, once you're on that page simply click on the "Connect to Stripe" button to proceed.

You will be redirected to a Stripe login page, if you do not have an account, you will have the option of creating an account with Stripe.

After you've successfully completed the step above, you will be redirected back to Servis, if the connection was successful, you will land on the configuration page.
That’s it, your setup is complete and you’re ready to accept payments!
How Payments Work in Servis
Servis integrates with Stripe to securely process payments. Once your Stripe account is connected, customers will be able to pay directly through the invoice link you send them. When a customer views their invoice via the link, they’ll see a Pay Now button that launches a Stripe-hosted checkout session for secure payment.
Customer Experience When Paying Invoices
- Customers receive an invoice email similar to the example below.
- Clicking View and Pay Invoice takes them to the invoice portal, where they can click Pay Now.
- They are redirected to a secure Stripe Checkout page to complete the payment.
- After payment, they’re returned to the invoice portal. The invoice status will update to Paid. Customers will also receive a payment confirmation email from Stripe.
